Refund Policy

See your chart, your day master and your five elements free before you buy anything. If the complete reading still isn’t what you hoped for, here is how refunds work.

If something went wrong, you get your money back

If the reading failed to generate, arrived incomplete, or was written for the wrong chart, tell us within 14 days and we will refund you in full. No argument, and no need to explain yourself.

If you simply didn’t like it

Ask within 14 days and we will refund you. The reading is written for you the moment you unlock it, so we cannot take it back — we are trusting you, and we would rather refund an unhappy reader than keep their money.

How to ask

Reply to your Gumroad receipt email with your license key. Gumroad issues the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. A refunded license key stops opening the reading.

What is not refundable

Keys that have been shared or resold, and requests made long after purchase, where we can no longer see the sale in Gumroad.
