Korean Saju is run by one person. We ask for as little as possible: there is no account, no password and no newsletter, and we never ask for your name.
What you give us
- Your birth details — date, time, city and, if you choose to give it, gender. These are what a chart is made of. The free chart is calculated on our server and sent straight back to your browser; we do not keep it.
- A license key, if you buy the complete reading. We store a one-way hash of it, never the key itself.
What we store, and for how long
When you unlock a complete reading we keep the chart it was written for, the chapters themselves, and the Gumroad sale reference, so you can close the tab and come back to it. That record is deleted automatically 90 days after purchase. A cookie on your browser holds your license key so you do not have to paste it again; it is signed, readable only by our server, and you can clear it by clearing your cookies.
Who else sees it
- Anthropic — your chart (the calculated pillars and elements, not your name) is sent to Claude to write the reading. Anthropic does not train its models on data sent through its API.
- Gumroad — takes the payment and is the merchant of record. They hold your email and payment details under their own privacy policy; we only see the email address and sale reference attached to your license key.
- Vercel — hosts the site and keeps standard server logs. Upstash stores the reading record described above.
We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and there is no advertising or cross-site tracking here.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your stored reading before the 90 days are up — reply to your receipt with your license key. Everything else disappears on its own, because we never kept it.
Questions? Reply to your Gumroad receipt email and it reaches us. Gumroad’s own support handles anything to do with the payment itself.
